This is a new role overseeing benefits for UK, Europe and APAC of a business that is open to change and, therefore, represents an opportunity to get in at the ground level at a point when you can really make a difference.

Benefits Manager – Reward

Working for a global professional services firm, you’ll be the first to solely take on responsibility for the benefits provision across the UK, Europe and APAC. Reporting to the US based Director of Reward and working laterally to the stateside team, you will own the ongoing delivery of the benefits provision and, critically, take the lead in identifying new offerings to raise employee engagement, performance and wellbeing.

There are some identified gaps in the benefits offer such as a reward/ benefits platform which there is already appetite to resolve so from day one there will be opportunities for you to begin making a name for yourself and a difference to the business.

With this role covering an international area you can expect to be met with cultural differences to work and what good benefits and wellbeing look like at a local level, and will therefore seek to deliver a nuanced offering to meet the varied needs of the business.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll likely be a total reward manager or partner with a particular interest or prior project experience in benefits, or a Benefits Manager looking for a move to a role with scope to build up the benefits provision. It would be advantageous to have experience working in an international setting and/or within a professional service firm environment, as would CIPD or other relevant qualifications.
