Sometimes a candidate needs to know when they’ve bombed the interview or the hiring manager didn’t like their CV. And sometimes, as the client you will need to know if your expectations aren’t in line with reality.
With both clients and candidates, we work with an honesty first mentality. In our world, you will always know where you stand.
We are challenging but fair
If necessary, we will challenge your expectations but always fairly. Our job is to find you the right job.
If that means we have to push you a little out of your comfort zone – we will.

Sam is great at building relationships and developing a real understanding of the needs of both the hiring manager and the candidate. Sam has built a relationship with me over several years, and has therefore become intrinsically aligned with what I look for in a candidate - I can trust that anyone he puts in front of me will be relevant and credible, as well as being someone I could work with and a great fit for the company. Most recently, Sam has recruited our Head of Talent Acquisition - he understood the brief straight away, designed a great advert and had several strong CVs over to me within days. The process from there was seamless and the biggest problem was choosing between such good candidates!

Sam was able to place me in an amazing role. The entire process was seamless and I would certainly recommend. I had a fantastic experience with Chambers Talent. Sam found me a great job and followed up several months into the job to see how I was getting on. It's a company that cares about putting the right people in the right places. Just before the New Year I also got a Chambers branded 2022 Calendar, pen and notepad. I guess it's the little things that shows you care. I would definitely recommend.
