You’ll join an existing team of 2, supporting a fledgling organisation moving out of initial startup and into the next phase of its journey – no legacy challenges of expired systems and practices from times gone by, but new HR practices and, critically, a new HR system. Your role will be to support the HR Manager and HR Partner evolve the HR coordination practices and develop automation and data capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, drive better data capture and, ultimately, ensure the systems and processes better meet the growing needs of the business. Given the nature of the business and their growth trajectory, you can also expect to support on wider initiatives and projects to develop the HR offer and business culture.
Â
You’ll take the lead on all of the things you’d expect in an HRIS focused role, while also overseeing the day-to-day transactional HR activity; dashboard creation, new workflow development, engagement data capture, inbox management, contracts, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance and reward administration. Given the scale of the business and the function, you can expect to see a varied workload that will require you to be effective in your prioritisation. With system optimisation and utilisation being the true focus of this role, you will work with a number of key stakeholders across functions, as well as supporting colleagues with their queries.
Â
What experience are we looking for?
You’ll need to be an experienced HRIS Advisor or Senior Coordinator, or a tech savvy Senior HR Assistant with experience of system implementation or testing or experience with dashboard building and broader analytics experience. Of course, a solid grounding in HR administrative practices and processes underpins the more technical experience to be fully effective in this role. Critically though you will need to be comfortable operating proactively in a remote environment, and be confident in making decisions in a role with accountability.
Â
You’ll need to be available on an ad hoc basis to visit the London office for company or HR strategy days.
Â
CIPD or similar qualifications to underpin experience would be advantageous, or a desire to upskill in key areas.
