Are you an experienced generalist HR Manager looking for that elusive part time role? We’re supporting a Head of HR in recruiting an interim HR Manager, to support through a period of major projects.

The role will support the day to day HR provision – although not line managing, the role will act as escalation point and coach for the team while having a hands-on involvement operationally. You will support managers, handle complex ER queries and support and advise on talent matters.

You will likely spend time updating policies, reviewing ways of working and actioning tactical initiatives as part of the wider HR strategy. As well as overseeing operational delivery and being a safe pair of hands in the absence of the Head of HR, you will support with change initiatives and aspects of project delivery as needed.

Who are you?

You are an experienced HR Generalist, comfortable working at an operational level and providing a high level, quality service to stakeholders and employees. You will enjoy the breadth and variety that comes with working as part of a small team and embrace the face to face stakeholder engagement, as well the, not so glamorous but crictical, coordination of HR activities and events.
