Reporting to the HR Director, you will take on the responsibility for all reward and benefits activity. The HR strategy will see you reworking bonus structures, evolving current benchmarking methodologies, refining job architecture and expanding the benefits offer, including adoption of new benefits platform. Given the business’ relative reward maturity, you will also play a key role in strengthening pay frameworks, process and governance.
